What's New

Moab, Utah is the center of the 4WD world and the acknowledged capital of mountain and road biking. The region’s slickrock offers exhilarating rides over waves of sandstone that look more like a moonscape than a landscape. The unusual and beautiful backcountry of Moab make for great Moab activities such as camping, canyoneering, rock climbing, skydiving and white water rafting on the Colorado and Green Rivers. Arches National Park is just 5 miles north of Moab on Hwy 191. Other nearby scenic spots include Dead Horse Point where you can see the merging paths of the Green and Colorado Rivers, Canyonlands National Park, (so huge it’s been split into three very distinct sections; The Needles, Island in the Sky and The Maze), Capital Reef National Park, Hovenweep National Monument, Natural Bridges National Monument, The Four Corners and Mesa Verde National Park.

Moab GuestGuide is designed to help you plan your activities from desert golf to exploring Native American culture. This is the high desert. Do physical activity such as hiking, biking or climbing in the morning. Spend the afternoons and evenings doing water activities, shopping or relaxing in one of the many restaurants or distinctive gathering places.
